 As a residential Realtor, I assist in the purchase and sale of Real Estate including new construction, resale homes, vacant land, homes for sale by owner and more.  Whether you are looking to buy or sell your family home, a vacation home or an investment property, I have the resources and experience to suit your needs.  

Through my extensive network of professionals, I have created systems to assist with a wide variety of moves.  I specialize in assisting buyers and sellers with Iocal and long distance moves, military moves, job transfers, probate properties and much more.  My focus is always to represent my clients through a negotiation that results in a win-win.

My service area is generally within about an hour of Orlando, Florida.  I feel that I can best serve my clientele in the area that I am most familiar so my primary focus is Orange, Seminole, Osceola, Brevard, and Volusia Counties.  Throughout my career I have worked to build relationships with Realtors all over the country and as an additional service, I have created a network of trusted referral partners.  By working with people that I am familiar with, my clients have the peace of mind that they are in good hands even when they are moving out of the area.

I’ve known Missy for many years as we worked together in banking. When I was ready to finally purchase my first home she was the one I chose to work with to find my perfect first house. She knew that I needed at least 3 bedrooms and that it was important for me to stay in the same school district.
